Project Introduction

How can we eat healthier? We can eat healthier by maintaining a healthy, balanced diet, reading the nutrition facts, (labels, "Spot the block"), and watching out for the foods you let enter your body. Also, ONLY eat unhealthy foods (junk food), once in a while!!! It's not very effective, as it is if you eat junk food constantly. When you keep a healthy diet, you tend to loose more weight, live a longer life, have good energy, have a strong immune system, and have healthy, younger looking skin!!! That's a way you can know how, to eat healthier.

1.) What is in the food we eat?
answer= There are many things, in the food we eat. There are chemicals, calories, sodium, sugar, fat, etc.

2.) Where does our food come from?
answer= Our food comes from many places. Unhealthy food comes from slaughter houses, left over animals parts, etc. Healthy food comes from farms, gardens, trees, and other places.

3.) How can we eat healthier?
answer= You can eat healthier by maintaining a good diet, watching the nutrition facts on the foods you (we) eat, not stuffing yourself. Also, ONLY eat unhealthy foods, once in a while. NOT ALL THE TIME!!!!!
